FeedstockTrace Biodiesel
Your incoming declarations are the input, your PoS the output. A dedicated instance per company, with its own users, roles and data.
Biodiesel plants · ISCC EU · RED III
FeedstockTrace Biodiesel books every delivery, batch and Proof of Sustainability per set of sustainability characteristics — with the GHG calculation per ISCC EU 205 / RED III Annex V, the mass balance per ISCC EU 203 and printouts your auditor can follow line by line.
A standalone tool for FAME plants — can be combined with FeedstockTrace for collection.
From the incoming sustainability declaration to the outgoing PoS — one chain, every step on record.
Oils and fats with their sustainability declaration, supplier certificate checked on the delivery date, transport to the plant per IR (EU) 2022/996, truck-by-truck merge and CSV/Excel import.
Every batch with its own process values — electricity, heat, auxiliaries. One FAME set per input set with its own feedstock factor, so no emissions get lost when feedstocks differ in water or heating value.
Fossil, recycled or biogenic methanol is valued per lot and never averaged; with several lots the highest value at plant gate applies to the batch.
Per balance and set of characteristics, periods without gaps. Carry-over only up to the physical stock of the respective material, shortfalls within the period shown, reconciliation B = (A + a)·CF + b.
One PoS per FAME set, issued from the delivery date, with transport to the customer, energy content per RED III Annex III and the saving against 94 g CO₂eq/MJ.
Crude glycerine, fatty acids and distillation residue become sets of their own — as residue with zero GHG at the point of origin, or as co-product with allocated emissions.
Nothing booked is deleted: reversal only by counter-booking with a reason, an immutable audit journal, a read-only auditor view and traceability from every PoS back to goods receipt and certificate.
Batch record, calculation path (PDF and Excel with live formulas), mass balance, tank log, journal, auditor file, Nabisy and UDB lists — in English, German and Chinese.
Four steps from delivery to closing — the tool blocks what the rules do not allow.
Record a delivery with its declaration. The tool checks the certificate and adds the transport to the plant.
Book a batch with process values and methanol lots. You see the GHG result per set before you book.
Issue a PoS per FAME or by-product set — with delivery terms, energy content and saving.
Record the physical stock, close the period in order and carry the credits forward — with every check documented.
Real screens from the demo plant.
Real PDFs from the demo plant — every figure can be traced back to its input.
Demo data. Every printout is also available in German and Chinese.
Most biodiesel plants want one tool for their own plant. Plants that also collect feedstock can add FeedstockTrace.
Your incoming declarations are the input, your PoS the output. A dedicated instance per company, with its own users, roles and data.
FeedstockTrace covers collection points and points of origin for UCO and residues; FeedstockTrace Biodiesel takes over at the plant gate. Both follow the same ISCC logic.
The GHG core is tested against an independent verification workbook. Excel exports are recalculated without stored values to rule out formula errors, and every rule in the tool names its source in ISCC EU 203/205, RED III or IR (EU) 2022/996.
Send a short description of your plant — feedstocks, by-products, methanol — and get a demo set up on that basis.
