Who we are
This website is operated by Glatow & Associates (“we”, “us”), Australia. We are the controller for personal data processed through this site. Our contact details are below.
Scope — worldwide
We aim to comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Australian Privacy Principles) and, for visitors in the EU/EEA, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where other local laws apply to you, we seek to honour their core protections.
What we collect
This site has no user accounts. If you use our contact form, we process the details you submit — your name, e-mail address, optional company name and your message — solely to respond to your enquiry. The form is delivered to us through FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email service based in the USA (see “Third-party services” and “International transfers” below). Your hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and operation. If you e-mail us directly, we likewise use your details only to reply.
Cookies & tracking
At present this site sets no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. A cookie/consent banner will be added before any cookies or analytics are introduced.
Third-party services
Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service operated in the USA; the data you enter in the form (name, e-mail, optional company, message) is transmitted to and processed by FormSubmit solely to deliver your enquiry to us. Web fonts (Inter) are self-hosted on our own server — no font data is sent to third parties such as Google. The site is hosted by HoboHost (cPanel), which, as our hosting provider, may process technical connection data (e.g. standard server logs) on our behalf. We do not embed any analytics, advertising or social-media trackers.
International transfers
As we operate from Australia and use a contact-form provider (FormSubmit) in the USA, your data may be processed outside your country of residence — including in Australia and the USA. We take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, and to lodge a complaint — e.g. with the OAIC in Australia or your supervisory authority in the EU/EEA.
